2. Eligibility & Authority
By using our services, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement You own or have permission to manage the website for which services are requested
3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full before work begins unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Delays caused by missing access credentials or client communication are not our responsibility.

4. Subscription & Maintenance Plans

For ongoing maintenance, care plans, or subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis.

  • You authorize us to automatically charge the selected payment method.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

  • Maintenance plans do not include new feature development unless explicitly stated.

  • Emergency fixes, custom development, or out-of-scope work may incur additional charges.

5. Scope of Work & Revisions

  • Services are limited strictly to the scope described at the time of purchase.

  • Any additional requests beyond the original scope may require additional fees.

  • Revisions are limited unless otherwise specified.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for high-quality outcomes:

  • We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, search rankings, traffic, sales, or uptime.

  • Results may vary due to hosting environments, third-party software, themes, plugins, or WordPress core updates.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely access credentials

  • Maintain independent backups of your website unless backup services are included

  • Ensure you have legal rights to all website content, images, and data

We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information, outdated software, or lack of cooperation.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our services may rely on third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or hosting providers. The WP Guys is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages or failures

  • Licensing costs or renewals

  • Changes, vulnerabilities, or discontinuation of third-party services

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

  • One-time fixes and emergency services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all custom work belongs to the client.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without permission.

We treat all client data and credentials as confidential and use them solely to deliver services. Information will not be shared with third parties except when necessary to perform agreed services.
