Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all WordPress services provided by WP Guys and is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for our clients.

1) One-Time WordPress Fixes

Examples:

  • One-time fixes

  • Malware cleanup

  • Speed optimization

  • Website migration

  • Custom troubleshooting

Eligible for refund (limited cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • We are unable to resolve the agreed issue after reasonable effort.
  • No substantial work has been completed.

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The issue is resolved successfully

  • The issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting, or server limitations outside our control

  • Access credentials provided were incorrect or incomplete

  • The issue changes after work has started

  • You request a refund after the service has already been delivered

Once work has started, the service is considered in progress and becomes non-refundable.

2) Malware Cleanup Services

Due to the nature of security work:

  • Malware cleanup services are non-refundable once work begins

  • We make every reasonable effort to clean and secure your website

  • Reinfections caused by outdated plugins, insecure hosting, or future changes are not grounds for a refund

3) Ongoing Maintenance Plans

For monthly or recurring plans:

  • You may cancel your plan at any time

  • No refunds are provided for partial or unused billing periods

  • Cancellation will stop future charges, but past payments remain non-refundable

4) No Guarantees of Results

While we use industry best practices and expert troubleshooting:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, performance scores, or revenue

  • Results may vary based on hosting, website setup, plugins, and third-party services

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with a service:

  • Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and account termination

We’re always happy to discuss concerns and find a fair solution when possible.

6) How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund review, contact us with:
