Do I need to provide my WordPress login immediately?
No, you usually do not need to provide your WordPress login during the initial discussion. We can first review your requirements, discuss the project scope, and provide an estimated cost and timeline.
However, for some complex issues or technical work, we may need temporary WordPress login access to properly inspect the website and identify the exact cause of the problem. We will only request access when it is necessary.
For better security, you can create a temporary administrator account instead of sharing your main login details. Once the review or work is completed, you can safely delete the temporary account or change its password.
How do you keep my website access secure?
Any credentials you provide are used only for diagnosis and approved work. We recommend creating temporary access whenever possible. Access should be removed or passwords changed after the work is completed.
